Returns

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue.
  • We may require photos to verify the condition of the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges

Cancellation

Orders may be canceled prior to shipping. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must go through the return process after delivery.
